At Allumette Candle Co. our mission is simple: to create clean candles with beautiful fragrance that empower women survivors of human trafficking and domestic abuse.
It’s everything we love about clean, premium candles, but with a driving purpose: to empower women.
Our products are inspired by the purity of nature and designed to spark joy for you and change her world. We make our candles with sustainable, 100% soy wax derived from U.S. grown, non-GMO and pesticide-free soybeans. Our fragrances are paraben and phthalate-free, and infused with essential oils. We use cotton braided cotton wicks and recycled glass jars. All candles are vegan, cruelty-free and toxin-free and burn up to 50 hours.
Allumette offers an elevated line of clean, botanical candles made to enhance your space with scent and style. Each candle is crafted by hand from start to finish out of our workshop in Boston, MA and all fragrances are one-of-a-kind. We pride ourselves on our artisanship, product purity and purpose.
Our Founder
Meet Beth, a travel, nature and clean living enthusiast. Born out of experiences walking along survivors and life-long passions for candles and ending oppression, the vision for Allumette began to take shape in her mind. In 2022, Beth decided to take the leap and use what was in her hand so more women could experience freedom and thrive.
A dual citizen of the United States and Luxembourg, Beth is a former HR professional and classically trained violinist whose performances have taken her around the globe.
When not burning 30 candles at a time, she can be found in the beautiful outdoors, empowering survivors or working on product development for Allumette Candle Co’s collections.
